So, What’s New?

“So, what’s new?”  Many a conversation has been started with those three simple words. I remember years ago when I started my career in pharma as a rep, I had more than one doc in my territory who would greet me with those words.

The answer for us at Euro RSCG Life LM&P today is…a lot.

I have spoken extensively to both clients and to the industry trade press over the past year of our structural transformation to become a unified agency – with all the disciplines beyond traditional advertising in one agency structure, working seamlessly on behalf of our clients. This month we have announced important structural changes to help us manage that transformed agency.  Let me explain.

In New York, the depth of our management team grew as we added Christine DAppalonia as our new Executive VP and Director of Client Services. Christine joins LM&P with a long track record of success here in NY, first at LLNS (today Lyonheart) and most recently at CDM. Christine’s impact with our internal account teams and with our clients is already being felt.

We also changed our creative leadership significantly. We created a strong art-copy partnership by elevating three long-time Euro stars into Executive VP Creative Director roles: Beth Sabbatini, Allison Ceraso, and Matt Franowicz. This is an important, client-focused differentiator for us. Three creative leaders; two with strong art-side backgrounds to share all our brands; and a strong copy leader in Matt, who brings a significant love of science (a Yale Univ PhD in neuroscience to be exact).

In our LM&P Chicago office, we also have new executive leadership, as Rich Angelini, who has been with the LM&P family for almost five years, returns to Chicago to lead the office. Rich has a strong creative-side background, and is a hands-on brand builder who loves to actively engage day in and day out with our clients.

Across both offices, we have elevated Dan Marselle to lead our operations and ensure that our clients get our best work with efficiency, quality, and appropriate metrics. Our unified discipline leaders in all functions – Strategy (Mark Thompson), Medical (Lisa HirschMD), Digital Strategy (Bob Wainwright), Medical Education/Pre-Market Conditioning (Jay Nuggehalli), and Managed Markets/Payor Strategy (Dave Quirk) are in place and engaged as part of the new, unified model.

So, what’s new?  Well, the unified structure, which is a differentiator for us and our clients, is fully in place AND the answer to “who is new” is some long-timeEuro stars elevated to new positions of leadership and a few new faces to help drive us and our clients to the future first.
