Donna Murphy
Global CEO
Donna joined the Euro RSCG network in 1987 and has been involved in pharmaceutical marketing for over 20 years. Formerly with Goldman Sachs, Donna became the Chief Financial Officer of RSCG North America, focusing on Group Acquisitions and Financial Management. In 2003, she became the Chief Operating Officer of Euro RSCG Life Worldwide. She played a key role in the growth of the global network, launching the start-up of all specialized services (Public Relations, Medical Education, Interactive, Managed Care Consulting, and Sales Training) as well as overseeing and integrating all of the major acquisitions.
Donna was named Worldwide Managing Partner in 2007 and has led the network to new levels of organic growth and momentum. Along with her partner, Doug Burcin, she currently has responsibility for the Euro RSCG Life Global network, which consists of 60 offices and 2,000 employees worldwide.
In 2008, Donna and Doug were awarded Med Ad News Advertising Persons of the Year. Recently, Euro RSCG Life was named Network of the Year for 2010 by Medical Marketing and Media.
Donna is a native New Yorker and Certified Public Accountant. She was awarded a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Pace University.
Doug Burcin
Global CEO
Doug joined the Euro RSCG Life family in 1998, bringing with him a wealth of client and agency experience in the healthcare communications business. In 2006, Doug was promoted to co-CEO of North America. Only one year later, he was appointed a Worldwide Managing Partner.
Doug has a wealth of diverse category experience, having launched more than 2 dozen brands and services in his career. In 2003, he led the multidisciplinary team that launched Lantus—the first truly global brand in more than 70 markets. As a Worldwide Managing Partner of Euro RSCG Life, Doug is a driving force behind the network’s seamless inter-office collaborations. He and his partner, Donna Murphy, are responsible for Euro RSCG Life’s global network, consisting of 60 offices and 2,000 employees Worldwide.
In 2008, Doug and Donna were awarded Med Ad News Advertising Persons of the Year. Recently, Euro RSCG Life was named Network of the Year for 2010 by Medical Marketing and Media.
He is an active Board Member and Treasurer for the Medical Advertising Hall of Fame and sits on the Board for the Center for Greater Expectations, a non-profit residential treatment program for young pregnant women in need.
Doug graduated from Lafayette College with a BS in biology and chemistry.
